F. Statements of Good Faith

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner

3. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE

3.1 Counter-Notice Eligibility

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.

3.2 Counter-Notice Requirements

Your counter-notice must include:

A. Signature

  • Your physical or electronic signature

B. Material Identification

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled

  • The location where the material appeared before removal

C. Contact Information

  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

D. Jurisdiction Consent

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the United States, to any judicial district where ANKOU may be found)

  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement notice

E. Good Faith Statement

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

3.3 Counter-Notice Process

  • Counter-notices should be submitted to the same channels as infringement notices

  • Removed material may be restored 10-14 business days after processing the counter-notice, unless the original complainant files a court action

  • ANKOU reserves the right to reject counter-notices submitted in bad faith

4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

4.1 Policy Enforcement

ANKOU maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We track infringement notices and may suspend or terminate services for users who receive multiple valid complaints.

4.2 Discretionary Actions

Upon receipt of valid infringement notices, ANKOU reserves the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material

  • Notify the content provider of the removal or disabling

  • Terminate access for repeat infringers

  • Take any other action deemed appropriate under the circumstances

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENTS

5.1 Copyright Announcement

ANKOU and its affiliates own all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to the ANKOU website, mobile application, and related technologies, including but not limited to:

  • Copyrights in website content, design, and functionality

  • Copyrights in mobile application software and interfaces

  • Copyrights in proprietary technologies and business methods

  • Compilations of data and user interface designs

These intellectual properties are protected by international copyright laws, treaties, and domestic legislation in all countries where ANKOU operates.

5.2 Trademark Announcement

ANKOU is the exclusive owner of the "ANKOU" trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade dress, which are registered in multiple jurisdictions worldwide. The ANKOU marks include but are not limited to:
